The two and a half storey residence is a load bearing structure built in 14 inch thick brick walls. Its compact layout and exposed walls proved to be a cost effective solution. The building is built on a eight Anna (2800 sq. ft.) plot and has approximately eight hundred square floor area foot per etage. The internal layout and exterior facades strictly follow Passive Solar Principles which has proven to be an efficient and cost effective strategy over the years.
